Tasting Notes

A deep garnet hue hints at the complexity within. The nose opens with a subtle green character of aniseed and violet, followed by layers of ripe raspberry, black cherry, and juicy plum. Gently matured with light oak, secondary aromas of cedarwood and soft smoke lend a refined structure to the bouquet.
