HOW THIS PLAYS OUT IN REAL LIFE

  1. We ship withinone business day of receiving proof of payment.
  2. You take full responsibility for the shipping option you select. We take every precaution to ensure packages are traceable, but cannot bear any responsibilities for parcels sent via post. However, parcels lost by our couriers will be replaced by us.

DISCLAIMER

Liquor License

  • Due to the high incidence of online fraud in the liquor industry. Orders will be dispatched at our discretion once funds have been cleared by the banks. We reserve the right to withhold or cancel any orders.
  • We will not sell to persons under the age of 18. We reserve the right to withhold or cancel any orders if we think that we are going to sell to a minor.

OUR POLICIES


TIME STUFF

  • We strive to dispatch all goods within one busines day of receiving proof of payment.
  • Delivery time is in accordance with the shipping option selected.
  • The store estimates shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you select.


ORDER SIZE

  • There are no minimum order quantities.
  • Applicable bulk discounts are displayed per item.

Rental of Draught units

  • Limited units are available – please book in advance especially during peak season i.e. August to December.
  • No beer will leave the premises without payment.
  • Collection can only be done before 12h00 Tuesdays to Fridays – depending on the date of your function.
  • No cancellation fee will be charged but please phone us if you want to cancel for whatever reason so that others on the waiting list can be helped.
  • Rental will be for 3 days only. Equipment may be collected on Thursday or Friday but must be returned by Tuesday 12h30 at the latest.
  • Extra rental will be charged per day for late returns @R250/day.
  • There is no deposit paid on the equipment, but please look after it carefully. Damaged incurred will be charged for.
  • You will have to show your ID on collection – please bring it with.
  • The mobile unit exists of a dispenser box (Size 50cm length x 35cm width x 35cm height) with a tap mounted on top, a coupler to fit your beer keg and a separate gas bottle with a regulator. The beer keg will be a 50L or 30L stainless steel container.
  • Returned beer will not be refunded. Neither opened nor unopened. Please do not order too much beer!
  • Please do not allow kids or untrained persons to handle the equipment. The gas cylinder and beer keg are under high pressure and could cause injury if not used correctly. Drayman’s Brewery will not be responsible for any losses or injuries sustained if this danger warning was ignored.

 

SHIPPING STUFF

  • Note that there may be global shipping restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to local laws.
  • Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next half kilogram.


RECEIPT OF ORDER

  • Upon receipt of order, promptly check for shortages and/or damages.
  • If anything is amiss, kindly inform our Customer Service department as quickly as possible at .


PAYMENT TERMS

  • If paying via Bank Transfer, Cheque or Cash, your order will only be dispatched / released upon receipt of payment.


RETURNS POLICY

  • You may return any product bought in our shop within 7days of date of order for a refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much quicker.
  • This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
